  • Store information such as store name, business details, branding assets, and Store Documents you submit to enable store operations and payouts.
  • Order and checkout information such as products ordered, delivery details, billing details, and order history.
  • Support and communication data such as messages, contact requests, and customer service interactions.
  • Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, and usage events needed to operate and improve the platform.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Atlantura and its marketplace, seller dashboard, and online store features.
  • Create and manage accounts, stores, teams, orders, returns, notifications, and customer support workflows.
  • Process checkout, delivery, payouts, fraud checks, and other marketplace operations.
  • Send transactional communications such as login links, order confirmations, shipping updates, return updates, invitations, and verification status emails.
  • Protect the platform, detect abuse, enforce policies, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Payments and payouts

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at delivery handoff and not charged during checkout.
  • For online card payments, card details are handled by the relevant payment provider. Atlantura does not store full card details on its own servers.
  • Seller payout data, bank details, and payout status are used to send automatic bank payouts after the applicable hold window.

4. When we share information

  • With sellers, buyers, delivery providers, and payment providers when necessary to complete orders and related services.
  • With service providers that help us operate hosting, email, analytics, media, security, and support systems.
  • With authorities or legal advisors when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the platform and its users.
  • Within store teams according to role-based access so authorized team members can manage store operations.

5. Cookies and analytics

  • We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember session state, secure requests, and make the platform work correctly.
  • We may use analytics and performance tools to understand feature usage, diagnose errors, and improve reliability and user experience.
  • Browser settings may allow you to limit some cookies, but disabling essential cookies can break core functionality.

  • We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • Some records may remain in backups, logs, accounting records, or soft-deleted states for a limited period before permanent cleanup.
